Why we exist
Our mission is to inspire each other and others by evangelising and applying software delivery Best Practices.
Software and data are increasingly defining the distinctiveness of organisations. At the same time, we see that this is still too often underestimated and downplayed. There is a distance between ‘business’ and IT. More than 75% of all software projects in the Netherlands fail: the software does not go live, creates more problems and costs, or is not even taken into use.
Navara helps organisations become agile and productive, and bring business and IT into alignment. When that happens,IT will lead to improved results and enhanced agility.
What we do
We develop and manage data and software platforms. In addition, we single-handedly improve the performance of our customers’ development teams and train young talent. As a result, we eliminate major IT bottlenecks for organizations in the long term as well.
This comes naturally to us. When we are no longer needed, we can take on new projects again. We don’t have the ambition to become the biggest, but to be #1 in Software Delivery.
