Over the past decade, organisations have invested in becoming tech‑driven and agile, dramatically accelerating innovation and reducing time‑to‑market. Essent, the Netherlands’ leading energy supplier, made that journey with the help of Navara, evolving from a traditional utility into a modern software company.

The next wave is gathering momentum: an AI‑enabled, agentic future where autonomous services will reshape how we design, build, test, and operate our core business. What happens to decades of software engineering wisdom in this landscape? Are we creating the next pile of unmanageable technical debt that no one dares to touch or can proven practices, like test automation, version control, and observability, still be the tools we use to manage complexity and stay agile?

To unpack these questions, Essent, Navara, and Temporal invite you to Essent’s headquarters for an afternoon of candid stories, practical insights, and hands‑on demonstrations.
